Virtual Items & Currency Policy

Enhance your circle with digital warmth. BraaiCoins and Infinity Polish are virtual licenses designed to facilitate community interaction and platform customization.

1. Virtual Items & Licenses

Braai offers virtual items (such as "Infinity Polish" profile effects and digital badges) and virtual currency ("BraaiCoins") for use within the Services. You acknowledge that Virtual Items are limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licenses to use specific features of the Platform. They have no real-world monetary value.

2. Acquisition & BraaiCoins

You can acquire BraaiCoins through direct purchase or by participating in specific community events. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all FIAT-to-Coin conversions. Braai does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

3. Non-Refundability & "No Cash-Out" Policy

 Strict Policy: All purchases of BraaiCoins and Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required by South African law. You cannot "cash-out" or exchange virtual items for real-world currency (FIAT) from Braai.

This policy is in place to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to maintain the integrity of the platform's social economy.

4. Usage & Expiration

Virtual Items can be used to customize your presence, support Circle Owners, or unlock premium gather-features. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and control Virtual Items at our discretion. We may change the pricing or availability of Virtual Items at any time without notice.

5. Forfeiture upon Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account via our Total Wipe protocol, all associated Virtual Items and BraaiCoins will be permanently forfeited. They cannot be recovered, transferred, or credited back to you. We recommend using your balance before requesting account deletion.

6. Prohibited Trading

The sale or transfer of Virtual Items or accounts between users outside of the official Braai Marketplace architecture is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in "Black Market" trading will be permanently banned, and all virtual balances will be voided.
